Cyrilla was founded by noble refugees and Frakan settlers who fled Zastria after the overthrow of the Zastrian monarchy. They subjugated the native Cyrillan tribes and established a new realm. The ruler of Cyrilla also claims to be the rightful monarch of Zastria, which understandably results in tensions across the Straits of Cyrilla (aka the Zastrian Strait)
