Rae City: Capital and largest city of the Kingdom of Raelna. Situated on the kingdom's central plain. The city's gleaming golden walls are visible at least thirty leagues away. The city is arranged in six concentric rings of lofty, colorful towers connected by soaring bridges and walkways. The low outer ring of towers, closest to the city wall, shimmers with an iridescent violet tint. The next ring inward is of taller blue towers. Next come green, yellow, orange and red. At the center is the Solarium, a mountainous spire of gleaming white stone, mirrored glass and gigantic prisms that spray sunlight across the city in intricate rainbow patterns.
